Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit & debit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit / debit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We remain owners of the goods you purchase until you have paid for all of them in full. We can retrieve and resell them if they are not paid for. You must decide before ordering if the goods are suitable for your needs.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
a. The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
b. Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
c. The identification of a pricing or product description error
d. Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in our "Terms and Conditions"

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order with us at any time prior to it being dispatched for a full refund.
Shipping And Handling
If you require a next day delivery service please contact us for details.
A redirected delivery is subject to an additional surcharge which will be paid in full by the customer.
Orders returned to us by our preferred carrier due to non receipt by the customer will be due to a 15% handling / re stocking charge and shipping will be deducted from the purchase price.
Delivery Schedule
We will send your order to you, usually within 2 - 5 working days . International orders are generally received within 20 working days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption operated by PayPal. They are only decrypted after they reach PayPal. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

- Rishi UK products are fair trade goods and manufactured to the highest quality. Every attempt is made to ensure goods arrive with you in perfect condition.
- Most items are individually produced by artisans in India and so are not uniform and some differences are integral to the creative process.
- We must be notified within 24 hours should goods arrive in a faulty condition.
- Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy
Rishi UK does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Returns Policy
- Merchandise is accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition (with prior written consent) within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items(customer statutory rights not affected).
- A 15% handling / re stocking charge plus postage / freight will be deducted from the purchase price for this service.
- We do not accept returns of special purchase items.
- Due to the ease of copying we regret that we are unable to accept returns of Music CDs, Videos, DVDs, CD-Rom, DVD-Rom, Charts or Books unless these goods are faulty. Defective products will be replaced by the same item.
- Please note that we are not responsible for your return postage or lost goods returned to us.
